We can't wait to host you at our spacious 3 bedroom house. There are two bedrooms at the front, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds that share a common bathroom. The primary, with ensuite, is at the back of the home. A combined dining and kitchen space are open to the living room and great for gatherings! The home is across the street from our quite community park and playground and we also have a backyard and patio available for your use. Come unwind at Parkview @ Autumn Lake!

- After about 1 mile, turn right onto Autumn Lake Drive.
- Turn left onto Mountain Wind Loop.
- The property will be on your right at 2004 Mountain Wind Loop.
✈️ From Easterwood Airport (CLL)
- Exit the airport and turn right onto McKenzie Terminal Blvd.
- Turn left onto Raymond Stotzer Parkway (FM 60).
- Merge onto Harvey Mitchell Parkway (FM 2818) via the ramp to Bryan.
- Continue on FM 2818 for approximately 4 miles.
- Turn left onto Villa Maria Road.
- After about 1 mile, turn right onto Autumn Lake Drive.
- Turn left onto Mountain Wind Loop.
- The property will be on your right at 2004 Mountain Wind Loop.

- Head south on South Main Street.
- Turn right onto East Villa Maria Road.
- Continue on Villa Maria Road for approximately 5 miles.
- Turn left onto Autumn Lake Drive.
- Turn left onto Mountain Wind Loop.
- The property will be on your right at 2004 Mountain Wind Loop.
