There is a queen-sized sofa bed with a memory foam mattress pad for use if there are more that 2 guests. Located in the Northgate Entertainment District across from Texas A&M University and walking distance to Century Square. Driveway parking available for one vehicle. Street parking available after 5pm M-F and on weekends. 5 minute walk to Northgate entertainment district and Century Square. 20 minute walk to Kyle Field. 10 minute drive to Downtown Bryan. No street parking M-F 8-5pm.
